Physics Class 9th
In the kinematics we study that a body move its position a force is act on it.
A common concept of it when we pull or push the object it changed its
magnitude and direction.
➢ Types of Forces
o Contact Forces
o Non-contact Forces
Contact Forces
The contact force is the force when only two object is physical touch two
each other. Pull a push and twist are the contact force.
Example
I. Friction
Its is the force which is oppose the relative motion between the two
surfaces.
II. Drag
Its is the force that opposes the motion of the object as it move
through such as air and water.
III. Thrust
Thrust is a force which is push the object to forward, such as airplane.
IV. Normal Force
Normal force is a force that is exerted by the surface to act as 90
degrees.
V. Air Resistance
Its is the force which is acting the object opposite side, such as a
stone is falling down.
, VI. Tension Force
Its is force when an object is hanging with the rope and tension is
occur.
VII. Elastic Force
Its is a force which is bring back to its real position called the elastic
force, such as rubber etc.
Non-contact force
Its is a force which is acting the object without touch. Some one describes
below: -
I. Gravitational Force
The gravitation force is a force which is attract the object toward each
other, such as an apple is falling down from the tree toward the earth.
II. Electrostatic Force
Its is force that is act between the two charged object, attraction or
repulsion.
III. Magnetic Force
Its is a force attract the magnetic and magnetic material such as iron
and nickel etc.
There are the four fundamental force in the nature.
a. Gravitational Force b. Electromagnetic Force
c. Strong Nuclear Force d. Weak Nuclear Force
Gravitational Force
The gravitational force is also discussed as refers Gravitational Force.
Electromagnetic Force
It is the force that is attraction or repulsion between the electrical charge
particles.
Example
A magnetic is attract the iron nail.
