This article discusses the important decisions that each college and university may
sometimes be faced with when it comes to being able to create the correct staff for the undergrad
programs. The article goes into discussion about the different ways of teaching such as “deep
learning” and “inspirational learning.” After extensive research on both topics there was no
proven correlating evidence for the success levels. There are a few topics expressed in this article
on of those points being the multitasking issue that is faced by the more research extreme
organizations. The article also touches on when there should be a push towards a more
contingent faculty in the universities. This article I would consider scholarly due to the amount
of research that is has to explore. It is also found on a credible website as well as has all the
criteria to what a scholarly source looks like according to GCU policies and standards. This
article is great regarding my studies. I want to go into higher education and apart of higher
education is to be able to work out the psychology or a classroom and a staff for the best learning
experience.
