to help ESL teachers make informed decisions about the industry and their future in the industry as well as to
guide them through the complete process. The guidelines are based on research I have done as well as my
experiences in the English online teaching world. Additionally, it provides educators with possibilities and
examples to use in the field. This manual focuses on the specific needs and capabilities necessary to become
