Age Range: - CORRECT ANSWER 2:6- 90+ years
Standardization: - CORRECT ANSWER Examiner and examinee are seated across from one

the picture easel. (Training Item A1 for children younger than 4 years, Training Item B1 for
examinees 4 years and older.) If examinee correctly answers first two training items, continue to test
items. If not, either go though rest of A training items or drop back to the A items if the person started
on B training items. Say the vocabulary word and the examinee either points to or says the number of
the corresponding picture. Only administer items in the critical range (basal set, ceiling set, and all
sets in between). Each set has 12 items. Circle the number (1,2,3,4) that the examinee chose on the
score form. Make a slash through the letter E if incorrect. Total the number of errors for each set. Add
the total number of errors from all sets and then subtract this from the ceiling item to get the raw
score. Convert raw scores to derived scores by using the tables located in the Examiner's Manual.
