,Voorwoord
Dit adviesrapport is geschreven door: student 1, student 2, student 3 en student 4. Wij zitten
allemaal in ons eerste jaar van de opleiding Human Resource Management aan de HvA in
Amsterdam. Het adviesrapport is geschreven voor de supermarktketen Zuper. Een medewerker van
het filiaal in kwestie (Aswin) heeft ons om hulp gevraagd. Dit is onze aanleiding tot het schrijven van
dit rapport.

Inmiddels hebben we onderzoek gedaan naar het bedrijf Zuper en de medewerkers die daar
werkzaam zijn. Nu hebben wij een adviesrapport opgesteld met alle resultaten uit ons onderzoek en
concrete adviezen die Zuper kunnen helpen bij het verzuim.

De resultaten van ons adviesrapport komen voort uit respodanten, MTO en literatuur.
