-Give inhaled or IV cortical steroids
-OPA for AMS and NPA for ams with a gag.
- consider cpap.
-Only experienced intubation should be considered
ensure pt can be ventilated prior to paralytic
- prepare for difficult airway (needle cricothyroidotomy)
