Yoga Sculpt Intro - ANS How's everyone doing?
For those who don't know me I'm Mia, and I will be guiding you through these next 60 minutes
of yoga sculpt. Today's focus of class is the glute muscle, which supports stability and strength.
My mission is bravery. I want to remind you all not to be so hard on yourselves. Just being here
is something you should be proud of, so take a moment to thank yourself for showing up. If that
resonates with you, I want you to take a deep breath, inhale, and audibly breathe, exhale, let it
go.
Yoga Sculpt is heated power yoga paired with weights and cardio.
It's a challenging workout and you'll feel great afterwards.

Let's get started in *Extended Child's pose* ( real love) - ANS *Cues*
-Spread your knees wide to the edges of your mat
-Bring your big toes to touch
-Sink your hips back towards your heels
-Reach your arms out long in front of you
-Rest your forehead on the mat

BREATHING: Take a deep inhale through your nose. Open-mouth exhale. In Yoga Sculpt, we use
open mouth exhales to release heat from the body.
BREAKS: It will get pretty hot in here, so take breaks whenever you need. When you do take
breaks, come to a seated position, keeping your head over your heart. Then, join us when
you're ready.
ADJUSTS & ASSISTS: During class, I will be offering some hands-on adjustments and assists to
guide proper alignment. If you wish not to be touched, please give me a wave right now and I'll

-Stack your shoulders over your wrists
