Needle Adapter

needle. Anticoagulant mixes with the donor's whole blood in the needle
adapter
as the whole blood is drawn from the donor.

The yellow Draw lights indicates that donor blood flow is
decreasing and may be insufficient to maintain an adequate Blood pump
speed. The yellow lights illuminate when the blood pump is spinning at 1-
74% of the programmed pump speed. If the yellow Draw lights are
illuminated, the device emits an audible double-beep every 15 seconds.
