P1: Explain the role and skills required to be an effective events planner.
Event organizers are the people that plan and organize events
or various kinds, this could be a festival, party, a conference
or even a trade show. It’s not as easy as it sounds you need
the ability to well organize and plan, they are generally good
at technical knowledge, leadership, and communication skills
and mainly sales and customer service.
Every event organizer must have a certain skill set to be
successful in the highly competitive environment of events
management. Below I look in detail at the main skills and mind

1. Organizational skills – Event organizers must know how
to manage his business. Running events requires a lot of
planning and organizing even the smallest detail, as
those are the one that make an outstanding event.
An event planner is typically in charge of coordinating
and managing a meeting, party, convention, or large
event. Organizational skills require the planner to
organize every little piece in an event they are like a
puzzle piece they need to put in every detail, such as
they should be able to recall the smallest of details,
