Exam Format This exam contains 15 questions in Next Generation NCLEX (NGN) style, including
Single Best Answer and Select All That Apply (SATA) questions. Each question is
presented with a clinical scenario reflecting real-world PN practice.
SATA Questions For Select All That Apply questions, ALL correct options must be selected to receive full
credit. There is no partial credit on the NCLEX — treat each option as an independent
true/false statement.
Clinical Reasoning Read each clinical scenario carefully before selecting your answer. Apply the nursing
process (AADPIE): Assessment → Analysis → Diagnosis → Planning → Implementation
→ Evaluation.
Priority Questions When a question asks for a 'priority' or 'first' action, use frameworks such as: ABCs
(Airway, Breathing, Circulation), Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs, and SATA Safety first.
Answer Key Correct answers and detailed rationales are provided immediately after each question.
Cover the rationale section while answering for best self-assessment results.
Time Estimate Allow approximately 90–120 minutes to complete all 15 questions with thorough review of
rationales.
