Subject: Exciting News! New Product Coming Soon!
Hello All!
I am thrilled to announce that our recent merger with Good Nutrition has provided our company
with an opportunity to offer a new weight-loss supplement named Kamelon! Kameleon is a
product that was a success for the customers of Good Nutrition, and we are excited to begin
providing Kamelon to our customers.
As with all new products, we do want to discuss Kamelon with transparency by highlighting the
advantages, while also discussing how to navigate the disadvantages as well.
Advantages:
o Kamelon has been tested and shown safe and effective results! Kamelon was
tested amongst individuals who were interested in beginning their weight loss
journey. 90% of the sampled individuals lost at least 15 pounds after using
Kamelon.
o Kamelon has an established audience and potential for increased sales! Kamelon
was a high-demand product that just needed a bigger audience to reach. By adding
Kamelon to our lineup, we will gain increased sales from the previous consumer
base while also adding in the sales from our current consumers who have yet to
experience the product.
Disadvantages:
o Dissatisfied customers. Not all customers who use Kamelon will experience the
best results. This will lead to customers being dissatisfied at times and giving the
product negative reviews. To mitigate the negative effects of dissatisfied
customers, we will be sure to state the directions for use clearly on the product
label so that the instructions are directly communicated.
o Distance from pill case manufacturer. Kamelon’s success relies on our external
business partner Synesthsor, located in South America. The distance from our
manufacturer presents a challenge because we will have to account for additional
shipping costs and time. However, I will be working closely with Fatima Sousa,
our direct contact at Synesthor, to ensure that we meet our consumers' demand.
While the release of Kamelon does present some challenges, I know that our organization is
well equipped to handle the change. I am very proud of the work that each and every one of
you do on a daily basis. It is because of each of you that we are able to be as successful as we
are.
