History of present illness Patient presents with cough x 3 weeks following
URI sx of runny nose and congestion that resolved
after 1 week. Developed shortness of breath 3

at night. She denies any relieving factors for the

Shortness of breath is worse at night and with
exertion. Episodes last about a minute or so and

describes chest tightness.
