What symptoms could be concealed by taking a beta blocker while on insulin? Symptoms of hypoglycemia:  Feeling shaky.  Being nervous or anxious.  Sweating, chills, and clamminess.  Irritability or impatience.  Confusion.  Fast heartbeat.  Feeling lightheaded or dizzy.
