o Hoe doel bereiken, hoeveel tijd of de omgeving waarin je handelt
o Gecoördineerd= niet gewoon random dingen
o Fysieke, emotionele of mentale inspanning
• Andere/samenleving heeft er baat bij
o Dus ook: vrijwilligerswerk en huishoudelijk werk
▪ Wordt niet vergoed, MAAR is wel werk
