Our team comprised of Patricia, Shekelle, Doug, and me. Patricia was designated as the
team lead. Her role as Team Leader was scheduling the weekly google team meeting, created the
presentation templet, and created the teamwork dilemma for the project. Shekelle was the
notetaker he provided minutes from each meeting and was responsible for identifying five best
practices of high performing teams. Doug was the team member and he aided on items such as
research and his experience leading large groups and background and provided feedback during
our brainstorming session. He was tasked with the proposed solutions to the teamwork problem.
My responsibilities for the team as the presentation compiler were to build the cohesion of the
presentation. My task was also to identify the team problem including the cause and effect of the
problem. Upon approval of the team charter the group met to discuss timeframe and tasks to be
completed and final review.
I would describe Patricia as the strongest team member with her taking the initiative to
create the templet the team used for the PowerPoint presentation and constant feedback, she
provided during the brainstorming activities which lead to a consistent presentation. Her
experience in organizational and time management skill kept the team focused on the assigned
task to meet the team’s deadline. Doug brought and wealth of knowledge in brainstorming and
willingness to perform the caught all tasks his weakness is indecisive solution to the task
assigned. Doug created multiple slide presentations for his task which led to a lengthy decision-
making process of which slide deck should be considered. The team mitigated this situation by
reviewing both slide presentation and reviewing best solutions to the teamwork problem and
came to a consensus of which slide deck to use.
Communication withing the team was primarily through email and virtual meetings. The
team agreed to meet on twice a week on Tuesdays and Fridays after 5:00pm est. The virtual
