Secondly, the dependent variable would be the monthly nurse attrition rate, which is the percentage of nurses leaving their jobs. This outcome is what the hospital is trying to understand and wants to reduce based on the participation in the program. Thirdly, the data type is both variable and continuous numerical data or quantitative. It consists of the nurse participation and attrition rates, measured in percentages or rates that can take on any value within a range and not the categorical values. Lastly, the quantity of data, which is the dataset that includes 36 months of data. This shows that the hospital has monthly data on nurse participation and attrition rates for 36 data points
