reading, writing, and speaking of the English language;


(2). Furnish the Board with at least two affidavits from reputable
citizens that the applicant has known for at least one year attesting
to the applicant's good moral character;

acceptable to the Board under the score transfer process
administered by the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy;

satisfaction that the applicant has experience in the practice of
pharmacy that meets or exceeds the minimum internship
requirements of the Board.

(c). A pharmacy subject to this section shall, during its regular hours
of operations, provide a toll-free telephone service to facilitate
communication between persons in the state and a pharmacist at
the pharmacy who has access to records concerning the dispensing
of prescription drugs to persons in the state.


The toll-free number and the hours that the service is available shall
be disclosed on a label affixed to each container of drugs dispensed
to persons inthe state. The telephone service shall be available at
least 40 hours a week and at least six days a week.
