Good morning team, I am Matthew Smith, and I am the new
customer service manager for this team. I am a huge believer in the
values of this company, but one stands out to me, and that is Trust. If
we can’t develop trust with one another, we will never truly function
as a team. I trust you all to perform your job tasks, as you all trust me
to perform mine. As we work together the trust will grow, just like in a
marriage. I’ve been married for 15 years, and the trust grows
constantly. We no longer must worry about what each other is going
to do if this happens or that happens, we trust that each will handle
appropriately as the other would. That’s the kind of trust we need to
build.

socially aware of your teammates and what they may be going through.
Empathy for a team member whose parent just passed or whose kid is
extremely sick, will help bond and strengthen us as a team. It also will create
that bond of friendship and kinship that will create a wonderful environment
