GUIDELINES
1. Testing Center Arrival Time
Answer You must arrive at the testing center 15 minutes prior to the beginning of your appointment.
2. Required Identification
Answer You must present one piece of state or U.S. Federal Government issued photo ID to take the assessment.
3. Late Arrival Policy
Answer If you are more than 15 minutes late for your assessment appointment, you will not be permitted to test.
4. Personal Items Policy
Answer Personal items, including electronic devices such as cell phones, pagers, and PDAs, are not allowed in the testing
room.
5. Assessment Administration
Answer The test will be entirely administered and timed by the computer.
6. Check-out Procedure
Answer You must check out with the examiner before leaving the Testing Center.

8. Practice and Instruction Screens
Answer Before the test starts, you will see several practice and instruction screens that explain how to use the computer.
9. Examiner's Role
Answer The examiner will provide you with ear plugs or headphones and assist you with logging in to start the test.
10. Testing Environment
Answer All reasonable ettorts will be taken to keep distractions to a minimum during the test.
11. Login Credentials
Answer You will need your Assessment site Login ID and Password to access the testing website.
12. Personal Needs
Answer You should take care of any personal needs before appointment check-in as the assess-
ment is designed to be taken without interruptions.
13. Exam Room Capacity
Answer There is not adequate space for visitors in the test center, so you should not have anyone accompany you.
