Review your notes on agency from Large Group 3 and Workshop 5
Review all documents relating to the agency agreement to be entered into between
Seramica Limited and Standish & Co., provided in Workshop 5
If you have time, re-read Paragraphs 11.1 to 11.3 of the Commercial manual
Carry out the Pre-Session Task
Please bring a copy of the Commercial Agents (Council Directive) Regulations
1993 to the session (contained in the Appendix to the Commercial manual.)
