, A. Discuss Social Responsibility: Organizations have an impact on society, no
matter how big or small. How the organization views and approaches that impact
influences our daily lives. The range of social responsibility is vast and can include
political, environmental, and legal influences (Chen et al., 2021). The purpose of
having Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in an organization is to build a
foundation for the organization to participate in and influence essential themes that
affect society today. Organizations can use CSR to build brand recognition and
loyalty. They do so through customers as well as employees. Customers who feel
loyal based on an organization's CSR will tend to buy based on that loyalty and
affiliation. Employees who value the CSR will be more engaged in their work, thus
increasing productivity (Lee & Yang, 2022).
1. Stakeholders: The primary stakeholders that influence Paradigm Toys
are the employees. Employees play a crucial role in the organization's
success and are directly impacted by its success or failure. The
community of Paradigm Toys would be a secondary stakeholder. The
community plays an important role and can influence the organization
through shifting values. The community comprises potential customers,
and Paradigm Toys should consider how it wants to be perceived in the
community.
B. Analyze how to meet the CSR for stakeholders: Paradigm Toys can meet its
CSRs for its primary stakeholders by ensuring that it provides employees with a safe
and supportive work environment. Having clear expectations and policies that deliver
clear messages will set the tone for the culture. It is essential that employees have
