The following are proposed changes to the Service Level Agreement (SLA) between
Finman Account Management, LLC, Datanal, Inc. and Minertek, Inc., to provide
increased protection to Finman Account Management, LLC’s company/client data and
intellectual property.
A. Proposed Changes to the Service Level Agreement
The following are areas to be added to the SLA:
1. Data protection
• Data management procedures: Require that data management procedures be
implemented to ensure all Finman Account Management, LLC data is 100%
accounted for, controlled and protected. All data actions must be logged and audited
to ensure 100% compliance and accountability.
• Data privacy: Require that all data be protected in accordance with established
privacy laws.
• Storage rules: Require data to be protected both at rest and in-transit using
encryption methods and technologies agreed upon by Finman Account
Management, LLC.
• Controlled area(s): Require all data processing and storage to be performed in
controlled areas with limited “role-based access” and using the “least privilege” rule.
