1. inleiding

Prestatieniveau toeneemt worden de trainingseffecten kleiner
 trainingswinst zal in begin groot zijn maar naarmate het prestatieniveau toeneemt wordt het moeilijker om verder
trainingseffect te realiseren

,  Spier kan slechts een beweging uitoveren waneer de nodig chemische enerigie wordt omgezet in mechanische arbeid
 Chemische energie in de spier = energierijke fosfaatbinding (atp)
 Atp = enige vorm van chemische energie die omgezet kan worden in andere vormen van energie die door
 Wanneer de spier een prikkel krijgt wordt 1 fosfaatgroep afgesplits waardoor een hoeveelheid beschikbare energie vrijkomt
voor de spiercontractie = atp -> adp + p + energie


2. de energielevering
 anaerobe = zonder tussenkomst van zuurstof
 aerobe = met tussenkomst van zuurstof
 vermogen = wanneer spieren in een zeer korte tijdspanne zoveel mogelijk energie moeten leveren
 capaciteit = wanneer spieren gedurende een langdurige inspanning een grote hoeveelheid aan energie moeten leveren




Hoofdstuk 3: de basisstructuur van het trainingsproces
1. de lichamelijke basiseigenschappen

lichamelijke basiseigenschappen = schakels die essentieel zijn voor fysiek prestatievermogen  bepalen niveau sportprestatie.

 Het geheel van eigenschappen vormt = fysieke conditie en het oefenen van die eigenschappen = Conditietraining

In trainingsleer spreekt men van 
 Training van de bewegingsvaardigheden = bepaald door de motorische aanleg en motorische leerproces
 Training van de lichamelijke basiseigenschappen = Aanpassing en prestatievermogen van anatomie en fysiologie systemen.


4 belangrijke lichamelijke basiseigenschappen:
 Kracht = bepaald door het aanpassingsvermogen van het spier-peessysteem.
 Uithouding = bepaald door het aanpassingsvermogen van het cardio respiratorisch systeem en het spiersysteem.
 Snelheid = de resultante van de wisselwerking tussen spier- en zenuwstelsel.
 Lenigheid = bepaald door de actieradius van het spier-peessysteem.


2. algemene principes van het trainingsproces

Trainen = doelgericht proces waarbij men met behulp van de geschikte oefenmethode en oefenvormen een vooraf in de tijd
geplande evolutie van het prestatieniveau tracht te realiseren.

Doel = doel te bereiken moet men voortdurend de trainingsmethode evalueren, herdenken en bijsturen.

1. Overloadprincipe

 Intensiteit/belasting moet voldoende hoog zijn om oefeneffect te verkrijgen.
 Oefenprikkels verstoren het inwendig milieu van lichaam
 Doorbreken homeostase  verstoring veeroorzaakt tijdens de herstelfase een aantal aanpassingsreactie
- Extra trainingsprikkel/ Langer trainen/ Intensiever trainen/ Minder rust
