Use of IT to aid communications – Unit 1 – P5
IT is used to aid communication in many different ways, whether it is
communicating with customers or communicating with colleagues. It can be
used to create marketing, to inform customers and colleagues, to present
ideas or report and analyse things; it can be used in many different ways to aid
communication. Below are some screenshots of ways that IT can aid
communications.
- This is a report explaining the benefits of
software utilities. I used Microsoft Word to
produce this as I felt that was best suited
to the task and to get the layout I needed.

describe a range of
hardware components. I
used Microsoft PowerPoint
to produce this as I felt
that it was the best way to
create the presentation.
