have played on sports teams for most of my life. I always put the team before myself.
Would you rather do your best or be the best? why? - answer be the best. Self -
improvment is key to me. I am always looking to those who are better than me and
trying to find ways to reach their level.
How do you deal with an environment full of distraction? - answer I cut out the
distractions and focus on what matters. Discpline and focus are are skills that lead to
success in my opinion.
What is your definition of quality service? - answer detailed service that is customer
oriented.
When faced with a problem do you typically make decisions based on facts or intuition?
Explain. - answerFacts. Facts will lead to a better solution.
Do you have more, fewer or about the same number of ideas compared to your peers?
Explain or example? - answerMore, My friends and I typically try to come up with
innovative products or services that could be distruptive enough to form a business
behind. I am always coming up with the most ideas.
Can you tell me a time when you took control of a group? - answerYes, In my final year
as a college football player i was the leader of the defense. I routinely took control of the
defense and made the correct calls and checks needed to get the defense in the best
position for success
Are you sometimes forceful with other people? Example - answerYes. As team captain
of my college football team there were many instances when I had to get in the face of
players who were underperforming or showing up late to workouts.
Would you rather be on a succesful team with a casual aquaintance or a less succesful
team with people you are closer to? Why? - answerLess succesful team with people
you are closer to. I cherish building relationships and getting to know others. Also
having great relationships on a team is the base for building a succesfull team.
Do you trust people until they prove you cant or do people have to earn your trust?
Explain. - answerI trust people until they prove they cannot be trusted. I tend to beleive
most people are good and trustworthy people

few? explain or example. - answerJust a few people knowing is fine with me. I dont
need all the glory. While I do enjoy being recognized i relaize that many successes
come through a great team effort.
Would you rather set short term or long term goals? - answerShort term goals. With
short term goals you apply more pressure to yourself. Short term goals create a greater
sense of urgency compared to long term goals.
Do you feel the need to be helpful? PLease explain some ways you have been helpful
in the last week - answerYes. I helped my brother move into his apartment.Throughout
my year in the warehouse I have been willing to step in and cover cases when the
saless team has been short handed
Before solving problems do you have alternative solutions? Explain. Example? -
answerYes. having multiple solutions in case one soltuion does not workout is very
impoartant. Ranking of the best possible solutions in order is also helpful in order to
determine the ideal outcome. For instance I have career goals which can be achieved
through multiple solutions and different pathways.

the box thinker. I have a bit of anentreprenurial itch and continually find myself trying to
think of the next innovative solution that could be turned into a business in various
