Samenvatting Moleculaire Genetica ( Januari)

Hoofdstuk 2: Fundamentals of Cells and Chromosomes

2.1 Cell Structure and Diversity and Cell evolution

Celpolariteit = Verschillende voorbeelden

systemen

Hoe is eukaryote cel ontstaan?
anaerobe Archaea gaat vormen

● Intermediaire filamenten: voorbeeld is keratine

De Functies van Cilia:

● PML bodies: belangrijk in posttranslationele modificatie controle

Nucleolus = Plaats waar ribosomaal genen tot expressie komen

Mitochondria: bevat 2 membranen
- Bevatten mitochondriaal DNA

2.2 DNA and chromosome copy number during the cell cycle

meerdere nuclei aanwezig) → Voorbeeld cel: Skeletale cellen

Nulliploïde Somatische cellen = Hebben geen kern → Voorbeeld cel: RBC

3

celtype.

Celcyclus
Interfase = G1 + S + G2 Fase

chromosomen

5. G0 fase: fase waarin de cel haar normale functie doet (niet-delende cellen)

Full recap. Occasionally a small mistake such as a wrong letter in a codon, but certainly no major errors.

Thanks for the review!! I'll look to remove the minor bug from the document as soon as possible.
