this is chapter 10 of the nutrition and you textbook, it follows the chapter 10 notes it talks about BMI, obesity, ways to measure body fat, and eating disorders.

this review sheet follows my chapter 2.5 exchange list notes closely, which follow the end of chapter 2 in nutrition and you. it asks you the carbs per gram for each food group.
