Regulatory DNA sequences
In this lecture we cover the regulatory DNA sequences and the protein through which they function. That includes distant elements and proximal promoter elements as well as transcription factors. We also analyse DNA binding domains, activation domains etc. We have the Nuclear receptor family and the mechanisms of activation through modulation of chromatin, recruitment of RNA polymerase and stimulation of elongation.
