My Leadership Profile This paper explores the evaluation of my emotional intelligence and DiSC profile for preparing leaders. In the business environment, the critical skill everyone needs is leadership. This paper will demonstrate my influences and personality traits that helped shaped my leadership style. The evaluation of both of these systems, accompanied by my reflections on my leadership experiences and strengths will help me create a successful development plan.
