Personas are from different countries - you can easily just replace the name and countries and have your work done! Together with the presentations "Personal Customer Journey" and "Final group Customer Journey" you can easily pass this course with at least an 8. Download, change names and have your work done in less than 10 minutes.

This presentation represents the first deliverable for the Marketing Communication course. With the next ones too, you will be able to score (at least) an 8 for the final grade.

The final group project is this. With the Personal Customer Journey and Personas, these 3 represent the final works needed to pass. It is the presentation made at the end of the quarter. You can get at least an 8 with this!
