Objectives:
	To apply chemistry concepts such as chemical kinetics, chemical equilibrium and thermodynamics. 
	To determine fermentation rates of siopao with different sugar proportions. 
	To produce siopao with different ingredient proportion and volume.

Materials:
	2 cups warm water
	2 and 1/2 tbsp sugar (Added to yeast mixture)
	1/2 cup sugar (Added to flour mixture)
	1 and 1/2 tbsp dry yeast
	5cups all-purpose flour
	1 and 1/4 tablespoon bakin...
