This overview contains: a summary of Beck's 'Cognitive Behavior Therapy', college notes of the 6 lectures, a brief and structured overview of all the cognitive techniques mentioned in Beck and the lectures, and notes on the videos we had to watch (note: some videos were in Dutch). I got a 9.9 for my exam with these summaries!
