bovenste thoraxhelft.
Pars cervicis.
Oorsprong op de angulus costae in de bovenste thoraxhelft.
Insereren: op de tubercula dorsalia, van c3 tot c7.
pars capitis is er niet.
undels: de tweede laterale bundel is het costo-transversair systeem

Oorsprong: op de processus spinosus axis. Oorsprong: op de processus transversus axis.
Insereren: op het middendeel van de linea nuchae inferior. Insereren: op het os occipitale, veel meer naar achter
Inervatie: (n. suboccipitalis, c1) Inervatie: n. suboccipitalis, c1

Bundels: spinaalsysteem inferior en superior.
Werking: vooral retroversie Inervatie: dorsale takken spinale zenuw op cervicaal niveau)
Bundels: transversospinaal systeem
Werking: vooral contralaterale rotatie
M Longissimus capitis
Oorsprong: op de tubercula dorsalia van c4 tot c7 en van de
processus transversi van th1 tot th 4.
Insereren: boven de processus mastoideus, lateraal: van de
oorsprong van de m. digastricus.
Inervatie: (dorsale takken spinale zenuw op cervicaal niveau)
Bundel: de laterale bundel bestaat uit het intertransversair
systeem
Werking:
unilateraal: lateroflexie
bilateraal (dorsale ligging): retroflexie
