Summary of all the articles for the course 'Organizational Chang' of the year 2018-2019. Mainly focused on the important findings of each article, based on what has been covered in the lectures. This means that little attention is paid to the theoretical backgrounds, methods, and in some cases the discussions of each study, and more attention to the actual findings.
