This document is for P1 to explain the features of two contrasting businesses. In this document it compares a large supermarket Asda to a small business The Curious Comb. It explains the features of both businesses by identifying what sector they belong in, what type of business they are and giving background knowledge of both businesses.

P4 is about discussing the internal, external and competitive environment of a given business. In this coursework, I mentioned the internal, external and competitive environment of Asda. I explained the corporate social responsibility, and business ethics and did a PESTLE analysis for Asda to discuss the external environment.

P3 includes investigating how businesses are organised. P3 is about exploring the organisation structures, aims and objectives of two contrasting businesses. In this coursework, I explained the organisation structure of Asda and the Curious Comb with a hierarchy diagram to represent the structure, and explained both businesses' aims and objectives in order to make comparisons.

P2 is about explaining how two businesses are influenced by stakeholders. In this coursework, I included the reasons why Asda and the Curious Comb is influenced by certain stakeholders and back them up with evidence. At the end of the document, there is a questionnaire that can support the work for P2.
