The two Lecture Notes are my condensed and consolidated summary on the topics taught in the Company and Commercial law modules for the Bachelor of Laws. By adopting the Company and Commercial Law reading notes, I achieved a high 2:1 and 1:1 for the two topics respectively.

By using this notes for exam, I have achieved an upper 2:1 for this course. For the Commercial Law notes, I used the notes for exam and achieved a 1:1 grade for the exam.

In this notes, I have consolidated the majority of the textbook and the textbook is named Company Law written by Alan Dignam and John Lowry 12th Edition.
