Includes statistics, definitions, key statutes/cases, explanations of non-molestation orders/occupation orders and the procedure for cases of domestic violence in criminal law. Also includes an extensive evaluation on the law regarding domestic violence which is helpful for exam questions, essays and dissertations. Includes an explanation of the rise of ADR and different forms of ADR, family justice review recommendations and a lot of evaluative points which are helpful for exam and essay questions.
