This is the feedback I received after completing both interviews;
Interviewer feed back
Communication
Good verbal communication skills, with clearly and direct spoken questions.
Some hesitation at times, which is likely to have been due to lack of preparation. There was
obviously some preparation, but more would have helped the communication to flow more
Employability
You showed good employability skills in the way you presented yourself as an interviewer and the
way that you listened to the candidate.
Perhaps more questioning and probing would have highlighted your interviewer analytical skills
further.

Very good, clear commination skills shown in the answers that you gave.
Your answers to the interviewer’s questions were given in a clear and concise manner.
You seemed to have been more prepared as an interviewee, with excellent answers
communicated in a confident manner.
Good body language, which highlighted strong non-verbal communication.
Employability
Very good employability skills shown as an interviewee.
Very professional in your approach.
Although this was not a formal interview process, also remember that professionalism includes
dressing for the occasion. It would have therefore, been good to have carried out the process in
business attire.
