MSc Data Science
, Introduction
Data visualization is the graphical representation of information and data using visual elements
such as charts, graphs, and maps. It enables decision-makers to see analytics presented visually,
making it easier to identify patterns, trends, and outliers in large datasets. Effective
visualizations transform complex data into intuitive formats that communicate insights clearly
and efficiently, allowing users to grasp difficult concepts and identify emerging trends.
The combination of tables with charts in visual data presentation makes complex information
accessible for viewers to understand easily. Users gain better insights into trends and patterns
through this visualization approach because it improves their understanding skills. By using
visuals, ChrisCo enables staff to follow customer movement patterns along with observing how
marketing affects store traffic and checking physical store conditions.
The operational choices of staff members improve while evaluating factual data from visual
analysis during store segmentation optimization and operational trend detection. Proper
resource distribution emerges from this method, enabling ChrisCo to enhance their retail store
performance evaluations.
