Sociale vaardigheden: relationele versus professionele
- Hoe je communicatie verloopt bepaald grotendeels de kwaliteit van de relaties die je met
anderen hebt.
- Sociale vaardigheden in het gewone leven zijn niet sociale vaardigheden in het professionele
niveau:

Gewone leven Professioneel niveau
- Vlot contact We onderscheiden 3 types van vaardigheden:
- Relatie - Inhoudelijke vaardigheden
- Assertief zijn  Wat communiceer je?
- Vlotte communicatie - Procesvaardigheden
- …  Hoe communiceer je?
- Zelfwaarnemingsvaardigheden
 Wat denk je en wat voel je en in
hoeverre ben je hiervan bewust.


Reflecteren
= en bewust en weloverwogen proces van denken over en interpreteren van ervaringen met als doel
het eigen handelen beter te leren doorgronden en hiervan te leren.

Eerste fase van reflectie (reflectiemodel van Korthagen)

1) Handelen/ ervaring
In kaart brengen en deze te
problematiseren.
2) Terugblikken
er wordt gekeken naar de gevoelens die
hierbij te pas zijn gekomen, hoe men hier
mee is omgegaan en wat dit kan
betekenen.
3) Bewustwording van essentiële aspecten
4) Alternatieven ontwikkelen en daaruit
kiezen
5) Uitproberen



 Wordt geconfronteerd met eigen handelen, mogelijkheden en beperkingen. Om tot een
diepere reflectie te komen is het belangrijk dat je op individueel niveau gaat kijken welke
kwaliteiten je hebt.  (korthagen) bekomen tot een kernreflectie.
