personal concept of right and wrong.

functions.

people who are not the intended users.
Unauthorised use of software
Inappropriate behaviour
Inappropriate content
Freedom of speech
Unemployment
Access to the internet.
Legal issues
Legal issues → factors that have been made into laws by the government.

Data protection act. It states that data must be:
fairly and lawfully processed
