NASW, AMA, MD Dept of Health and Mental Hygiene, MD Psych Assoc (approved by
APA), accredited academic institution

Failure to complete CE requirements - ANSWER-- do not complete, or do not comply
with audit within 30 days

If denied license or renewal, can request a hearing - ANSWER-within 30 days, in
