Report
Title
- The Title should be ‘Report on the current (inset what the issue is) issues
facing (inset the name of the business) and the recommended actions’.

Intension
- The intention should be who the report is for and who it was compiled by and
what date.
- For example, ‘
- This report is intended for (Who the report is for) - and had been
compiled by (insert your name) on) insert the date.’

Purpose
- Next you need to write the purpose of the report which should be included in
the case study.
- For example,
- ‘The purpose of this report is to identify the main management and
leadership issues and the management style issues facing Lilidays
Centre.’

Introductions
- The introduction should just be about a paragraph long, just summarising the
case study, by talking about the business and some of their issues.
- For example,
- ‘Lilidays Centre is a concert and entertainment venue, based in
Shirevale.
The business is owned by Gordon Stewart, with Catherine Emile as
managing director and Alex James as the customer service manager.
Catherine wants to change her job title to Chief Executive Officer to
have a stronger role in the business, and Alex will take over as the
managing director.
Lilidays has two halls: The Hive and The Burrow. Tour promoters can
hire the halls to host their events. However, the centre can refuse
bookings from tour promoters if Lilidays feels the show does not match
their mission and values.
The business is well - loved by lots of its customers and has excellent
customer satisfaction levels.’
