Time allowed: 12–14 minutes (excluding 15 minutes’ preparation time at the start of the test)
Instructions
• During the 15 minutes’ preparation time, you are required to prepare two stimulus cards. You
will be asked to choose your first card from two on one sub-theme and then you must choose
one of the other two cards the teacher/examiner gives you.
• You may make notes during the preparation time only on the Additional Answer Sheet
provided. You must not write on the cards.
• You should take the stimulus cards with you into the examination room. You may refer to the
cards and any notes you have made at any time during the test.
• You should hand the stimulus cards and the Additional Answer Sheet to the teacher/examiner
at the end of the test.
Information

• The teacher/examiner will ask the questions exactly as they are printed on the cards and may

Deux parents, huit enfants – pourquoi ce n’est pas la norme aujourd’hui ?
La famille Pelissard de Besançon a participé à une émission de télévision consacrée aux grandes
familles. « Les Français ont tendance à faire des commentaires désagréables et péjoratifs au sujet
des parents qui, comme nous, ont beaucoup d’enfants », explique le père. « Mais nous voulions
montrer tout simplement que nous sommes une famille complètement ordinaire. »
