Aseptic Techniques:
A large skill that was introduced and heavily developed and emphasised in this investigation was aseptic techniques.
This is practices and procedures that are used when performing an experiment containing live microbes to prevent
any contamination occurring from specimen as well as planning to ensure that the proper procedures were taken to
carry out the investigation safely. This included hazard research relating to microbes and preparing the appropriate
personal protective equipment (PPE) to handle the microbes, which included equipment such as gloves and goggles.
