Unit 4: business communications
P2: present complex internal business information using three different methods appropriate to
the user’s needs.
Mrs. chibanguza
In this assignment I am going to present complex internal business information, by using three
different methods that are appropriate to user’s needs. As my first method, I did a verbal
presentation that is about promotional methods that coca cola uses. I also have done a leaflet
about financial performance of St Joseph’s Catholic high school, and now I will be doing a brief
written report about St Joseph’s Catholic high school performance. In order to do this I will
research the league tables and I will look at their rankings of schools in the UK and many more.

The St Joseph’s website
offers parents and pupils the
opportunity to have a look at
the results of different reports
from external organizations
such as the government.
Here is an example of a
report from the Ofsted
organisation rating the
schools overall effectiveness
which is ‘Good’ as all of the
compulsory factors of a
school are ‘Good’. Also this
table above says that their previous report wasn't as good, as it says that the overall
effectiveness during the last inspection was that the school ‘requires improvements’. This tells
us that the school has brought up their standards and are aiming to being one of the best
schools in slough and possibly in the Berkshire County. I have researched this Ofsted results
information from the official website of St Joseph's Catholic high school: http://www.st-
josephs.slough.sch.uk/

This is a pie chart
representing the ‘good’
results for end of year 11
exams that students take
in order to be able to
carry on their education
either in sixth form,
college or by starting an
apprenticeship. The
‘Five good GCSEs or
equivalents’ means that
at least five students
have received a C or an
equivalent grade. The
highest percentage for
students gaining a C or
