Diversifiaaon Kellonn’s market a new produit ialled Speiial K Nourish Bites
and lunih it in new market aiming to healthy iustomer who
want to have a healthy life style and good diet. This been a
suiiessful produit as it help Kellogg’s to have a new iustomers
add to the iustomer base whiih was good for them to build a
good relaaonship between Kellogg’s and the iustomers. llothes
styles will always ihange during the ame, so Adidas will always
try to make new produits and target to new iustomers, and
beiause iustomers who like to have more sports lifestyles,
Adidas will try to launih new produits to new iustomers in the
markets.

Produit development For example, Kellonn’s used loio pops to sell it the market and
then the produie another produit whiih is ialled loio Roiks,
this has been made from the same iereal loio pops but have
been developed to market in the same exisang market. Adidas
did same when using this strategy, they used the exisang
footwear’s and tried to ihange the shape of it or to add some
features to iome up with a new produit and try to market in the
same market as new produit.

Market penetraaon For example, Kellonn’s have used loio Pops, whiih is already
existed and have been used from many years ago, they bring it
baik in the same market with same the same teste, it did not
ihange but they tried to add some more features on the produit
to suit all ages. . This strategy used by Kellogg’s to inirease the
produit awareness and inirease sales of the produits. Adidas
did the same as Kellogg’s when using this strategy, as they are
making sports ilothes for many years. However, the ilothes
design and style have ihange a lot during the ame, but it been
used from the same material, they just try to add more feature
in the exisang produits and sell it again for the same market.
Therefore, iustomers will be atraited to purihase these
produits by the diferent promoang strategies.

Market development For example, a large iompany like Adidas, whiih have been
targeang internaaonal market to expand their business and
inirease sales. They used their exisang produits and tried to sell
them in diferent plaies in the world suih UK and US. Kellonn’s
have used this strategy the same as Adidas but slightly diferent.
loio pops have been adverased to target ihildren, but later on,
Kellogg’s produied another version of loio pops, whiih had less
