, Analyses of results and improvements for Sanaula

Heart rate

I had conducted a health screening programme in order to identify the strengths and
weaknesses for sanaula. According to the collective data, it states that his heart rate is 64
beats per minute and the normative data reflects back positively by indicating that it is
categorised as ‘good’ which is in between the ranges of 62 – 65bpm.

The explanation for this is it suggests that Sanaula’s immune system has an efficient
response, in other words it means that his level of fitness is relatively high as the score
indicates that his heart is very responsive in terms of pumping blood around to the body
quickly, as he is resting his body has the capability to pump more blood in each beat,
therefore less beats per minute was required for him.

In my opinion, I believe that this test was effective as it went into further depth by
examining the amount of time his heart had beat within a minute determined that whether
there was identified or developed health problems and if the individual had good level of
fitness. I think Sanaula has to eat healthy such as; pasta (source of carbohydrates) and keep
away from junk food which can increase his heart rate.

Blood pressure

The health screening programme had also involved monitoring the blood pressure test,
which was required in the units of millimetres (mmHg). The test recorded the components
of systolic and diastolic pressure, which embodies the border-line of high and low blood
pressure. Reflecting this back to the data, it represented that sanaula’s figures had specified
that his values systolic 136 and diastolic 86 is classified as ‘pre high blood pressure for both
components, which clearly shows that his blood pressure levels are significantly high.

The factors to take into consideration can have an impact on the test and the following may
include; age, size, current fitness levels, feelings i.e. anxiety or medication types. In this case,
the reason behind Sanaula’s blood pressure being categorised as ‘pre high blood pressure’ is
due to exceptional circumstances as he was fasting, where it caused his blood pressure to
rise since he didn’t have enough food or water to keep himself hydrated and active
throughout the day which had ultimately lead to the heart having to work a lot harder than
normal to pump blood around the body and contribute to the hardening of the arteries.

To sum up, the two components had directed that sanaula’s chances of developing severe
illness was increased considerably as the systolic blood pressure conveyed the message that
his highest pressure when the heart was beating and pushed the blood around the body
pointed out that it was passed the ideal blood pressure border-line and in addition to this,
the diastolic blood pressure appealed that his lowest blood pressure was yet again a bit too
high which had meant that the lowest pressure when his heart had relaxed between each
