involve the clients as well while increasing morale.

employee of the month or something like that?
Appraisal scheme is a 1:1 weekly meeting with managers.
Meets with senior leaders on a daily basis. This could then lead on to
weekly meetings with the staff rather than just the managers.
Staff handovers that are recorded mainly in respite
Open door policy with the staff , but do the staff feel as though they can use
this without jeopardising the relationships between the managers.

Agencies worked with are Hayes and Nurse Plus – sometimes NHS Solent
Partnering with Universities and Colleges: Attend local employment fares
and employ a number of students from a range of subjects.
Advertise jobs through Staff Finda post on Indeed. Also advertising through
social media
What is your strategy plan, in your mind what do you want to see carried
out? The current strategy being worked on has 3 key aims: 1. Improving
quality, standards, and people. 2. Increasing our reach – supporting
more people and being accessed by those who don’t currently engage
with us. 3. Developing partnerships
1. What type of agencies do you work with are they local or
national? Both. We work predominantly with Hayes and Nurse Plus.
