For this article I will be talking about the life of
Oprah Winfrey and the life events and factors
he has experienced.
Oprah Winfrey (currently aged 63) was born
on the 29th January 1954. Born to Vernita Lee
and Vernon Winfrey. She is a billionaire best
known for her own well known talk show from
1986 till 2011. Additionally, Oprah is an
actress, publisher, philanthropist, producer
and a CEO.

Thyroid disease
Oprah is known to have a disease called thyroid. This is a disease that impacts the
function of the thyroid gland (which can be located in our throat / neck region). This
has impacted her life as it has made her feel and look down. In her talk show she
has mentioned “I was still feeling really tired, really tired, going around from doctor to
doctor trying to figure out what was wrong, and finally figured out that I had literally
sort of blew out my thyroid”. For those who don’t know, thyroid’s conditions is likely
to be hereditary.
